How to Order

Order Online: using our secure server (fastest option)

  1. To place an order online, click on any product image.
  2. Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.
  3. For Personalized Photo Products ONLY: After placing your order online, you will be given an option to send your photo(s) via regular mail or e-mail. Please include your order confirmation number with your photo(s).


Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. Please include your order number with your photo/artwork. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

Shipping Information

Shipping Note:
There is no pick-up or delivery service for UPS orders on weekends. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Ship-To Address
If you would like us to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship any personalized item to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide a street address.

Many of our items ship via UPS or Fedex which do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. It is highly preferable to provide a street address to avoid any delivery issues.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Sportsgifts.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into a GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex Customer Service Department

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending back any item. Future Memories, Inc. will not refund your purchase if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to Future Memories. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. All orders received damaged must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. We do not refund bulk orders. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any order that meets our return guidelines and is non-defective. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any Gift Basket order that meets our return guidelines and is non-defective.

    Costume Return Policy:
  • Costumes and Youth Uniforms may be returned/exchanged if they are in new, unused condition. Costumes and youth uniforms cannot be returned if purchased in the month of October. Costumes and uniforms can only be returned if they are in new, unopened condition and are subject to 20% restocking fee. Exchanges may be made due to incorrect size, but must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packing.
  • Costume and uniform styles are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not guaranteed as our systems are automated. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as quickly as possible by telephone and we will do our best to prevent your order from shipping. If our customer service team attempts to cancel your order, please understand that a successful cancellation may still be unlikely as it’s difficult to intercept an order once it’s been processed. Please note: bulk orders along with personalized and/or made-to-order items may not be canceled once production has begun.

If an order that you attempted to cancel ships out, your order will need to meet all the terms and conditions as outlined in our return policy including restocking fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
